[blfs-dev] bogofilter update

It seem like bogofilter's source has been updated while keeping the
same version. New md5sum is supposed to be:

It seem like bogofilter's source has been updated while keeping the
94aee3ced558c2a354547083735f2ba7

Indeed. I looked at the copy on the master files site and that is the
md5sum. The file has a date of 2013. It appears that the wrong md5sum
has been in the book since the page was first introduced.

Fixed.
